Make it personal
The message makes it theirs.
The front says thank you. The back is where you tell them why.
Add a short handwritten note, your team name and season, or a player’s name and number. Each white back arrives blank beneath the words “With Thanks.”
A simple message is enough: “Thanks for believing in us, Coach! Burlington U11, 2026.”
Personalize the blank backs at home. Pucks and marker are not included.
From puck to keepsake
A thoughtful gift in three steps.
1Prepare your pucks
Start with standard 3 inch hockey pucks. Make sure both flat faces are clean and completely dry.
2Apply both designs
Remove the backing, position the transfer and press firmly. Peel away the clear carrier carefully. Repeat with a matching back.
3Add your thank you
Write a short message with a suitable permanent marker and let it dry before handling. Your keepsake is ready to give.
Watch the video above for the application method. These decorated pucks are intended as keepsakes.

For the people behind the season
Give them something to keep.
Bring them to the team banquet, hand them out after the final practice, or surprise your coaches at the end of the season.
Team MVP and Rink Legend give you room to recognize someone special, whether that is a dedicated volunteer, a helpful parent or your most enthusiastic supporter.
The matching designs make the gifts feel like a set, while your handwritten messages make each one personal.
