Most prank mail and gag gift orders are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll review it.

Because our products are prank items, stickers, labels, and gag gifts, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or prank regret.
What we cover
- Damaged in transit: Product damage that affects the item.
- Defective item: Clear print, manufacturing, or missing-component issue.
- Wrong item received: We shipped the incorrect product.
What we do not cover
- Opened, used, applied, or altered items.
- Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or regret after sending a prank.
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
- Carrier delays outside our control.
- Sticker issues caused by dirty, wet, rough, or unsuitable surfaces.
Reporting window
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Claims submitted after 14 days may be declined.
How to file a claim
Email us with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short explanation of what went wrong.
What happens next
After review, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement item, subject to availability.
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Partial refund, where appropriate.
- Return instructions if the item must be sent back.
Shipping and address issues
- We ship to the address provided at checkout.
- Wrong addresses are not eligible for refund once the order has shipped.
- If tracking says delivered, we can help with a carrier inquiry where available.
- Carrier-confirmed delivery does not guarantee replacement or refund.
Digital products
Digital products, downloads, and files may be non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless required by law or the file is defective or unusable.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law requires a different outcome, we will comply.
