Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.
Order processing
- Most orders are handed to the carrier the same business day or the next business day.
- Weekend, holiday, and late-Friday orders are processed the next business day.
- Processing may take longer during holidays, major sales, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping options and costs
Available shipping methods depend on the destination, package size, package weight, and carrier availability.
Final shipping options, prices, and estimates are shown at checkout before payment.
Free standard shipping
- Canada: Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $12.99+ CAD.
- United States: Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $19.99+ CAD.
- Free shipping appears at checkout when an eligible service is available for the order.
Estimated delivery times
- Canada: Usually 2–6 business days after carrier handoff.
- United States: Usually 4–11 business days after carrier handoff.
Tracking
- Tracking is provided when issued by the carrier for the selected service.
- If tracking is available, we email it when your order ships.
- If the carrier marks the package as delivered, it is considered delivered to the address provided.
Address checks
Please confirm the shipping address before placing your order, especially when using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Customs and duties for USA orders
Orders ship from Canada. Any duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees, if applied, are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs inspections and delays are outside our control.
Delays, lost, stolen, or damaged orders
- Delayed: Delivery estimates can change due to carrier conditions.
- Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
- Marked delivered but missing: We can help with a carrier inquiry where available.
- Untracked shipment: Carrier investigations may not be possible.
Refunds and returns
Returns are limited and only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to our policy.
