We ship from Ontario, Canada to customers in Canada and the United States using standard mail and courier services.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Order Processing
- Most orders are handed to the carrier the same business day or the next business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays (or late Friday) are processed the next business day.
- During major sales, holidays, or carrier disruptions, processing may take longer.
Ship-From Location
All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.
Shipping Options & Costs
- Shipping options, pricing, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.
- Available services depend on destination, package size/weight, and carrier availability.
- For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, paid shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
Free Standard Shipping
- Canada: Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders with an order total of $12.99+ CAD shipped within Canada.
- United States: Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders with an order total of $19.99+ CAD shipped to the United States.
- Free shipping is applied at checkout when an eligible standard shipping method is available for the destination and package.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada (typical): 2–6 business days after handoff to the carrier.
- United States (typical): 4–11 business days after handoff to the carrier.
Tracking
- Tracking is provided when issued by the carrier for the selected shipping service.
- If tracking is available, we email it when your order ships.
- If a carrier marks a package as Delivered, it is considered delivered to the address provided.
Apple Pay / Google Pay Note
If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, please confirm the correct shipping address is selected in the payment pop-up before placing your order.
Customs & Duties (USA Orders)
- Orders ship from Canada. Any duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Customs inspections and delays are outside our control.
Delays, Lost, Stolen, or Damaged
- Delays: Shipping timelines are estimates and may extend due to carrier delays, weather, or peak volume.
- Damaged / wrong item: Contact support@theoneandonly.ca within 14 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.
- Marked delivered but not received: We can help you open a carrier inquiry where available. Outcomes depend on the carrier’s investigation.
- Untracked shipments: If a shipment does not include tracking, carrier investigations may not be possible and outcomes are limited.
Changes & Service Availability
We may update shipping methods, carriers, service levels, pricing, and eligibility to reflect operational requirements and carrier availability. The shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates shown at checkout apply at the time of purchase.
Refunds & Returns
