Do I need a message on the side?

No. Choose a preset chirp, create a custom message, or select No Side Message for a clean edge.

What is the difference between the top and the side?

The top is the design on the face of the puck. The side is optional text around the edge.

Which insert cards are included?

Every puck includes the You’ve Been Pucked reveal card. The Official Canadian Apology style also includes the matching Sorry, Not Sorry insert.

How does the custom message work?

Choose Custom Message and enter your line. Maximum 30 characters. It is printed exactly as entered, so check the spelling before ordering.

Will the recipient know who sent it?

There is no invoice or purchaser name inside by default. If you choose the To / From top and provide sender details, that information will appear on the puck.
