Is this an actual hockey puck?

Yes. It is a real 170 g rubber hockey puck with real weight. The delivery thud is part of the experience.

What is the difference between the top style and edge message?

The top style is the design on the face of the puck. The edge message is the text wrapped around its side. You choose both.

Which insert cards are included?

Every puck includes the “You’ve Been Pucked” reveal card. The Official Canadian Apology style also includes the matching “Sorry, Not Sorry” insert.

How does the custom message work?

Select Custom Message and enter a line up to 30 characters. It is printed exactly as entered, so please check the spelling before ordering.

Will the recipient know who sent it?

There is no invoice or purchaser name inside by default. If you choose the To / From top and provide sender details, that information will appear on the puck.

Why can shipping cost more than a prank label?

You are mailing a real, heavy object rather than a flat envelope. That weight is part of the product and part of the punchline.
